The Town of Geneva Planning Commission will hold its monthly meeting on
Monday, March 22, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall for the Town of Geneva.

Mark Taylor-Landcraft Survey & Engineering Inc.-He will present a Certified Survey Map for three (3) parcels totaling 30 acres. A rezone for approximately 27 acres from C-1 to C-2 is requested. Current zonings on the property are R-1, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, and C-5.
Attorney Robert Leibsle will present a rezone request for David and Kristine Hills W2762 Krueger Road that is dual zoned. The property is 2.34 acres and is zoned M-3, and A-5. They are requesting the M-3 be rezoned to A-5. A Certified Survey Map will be presented for approval.
Dan Bertler will present a request for a conditional use for the Handa Mart located at N3465 County Road H. The current zoning is B-2. The plans are to replace the existing gas tanks and tear down the building and canopy and construct a new building and canopy.
Chairman Kamps will present discussion and possible action on information about business licenses in the Town of Geneva.
Chairman Kamps will present and possible action on a recommendation to the Town Board for the monthly meeting in April to amend the County zoning code to allow short term rental of private residences.
Chairman Kamps will present and possible action of adopting a Public Participation Plan for Amending the Comprehensive Plan.
