February 22, 2010 Plan Commission Meeting
The Town of Geneva Planning Commission will hold its monthly meeting on
Monday, February 22, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall for the Town of Geneva.

Mark Taylor-Landcraft Survey & Engineering Inc.-He will present a Certified Survey Map for three (3) parcels totaling 30 acres. A rezone for approximately 27 acres from C-1 to C-2 is requested. Current zonings on the property are R-1, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, and C-5.
Warren Hansen will present a rezone request for Jim Willet at W3803 Kelly Road. Current zoning is C-3 and the lot is 4.59 acres, and the requested zoning is A-2. The lot when it is rezoned will be 5.62 acres. A lot line adjustment and Certified Survey Map will be presented after the rezone is approved.
Warren Hansen will present a rezone with a conditional use for Michael Goril who plans to open Zipliner Adventure Park at Geneva Mountain, which is located on County Highway H and County Highway NN. This property is the Ceisel gravel pit. Current zonings are A-2, A-3, C-2, and M-3. Requested zoning is 30.90 acres to P-1, and 68.94 acres to C-2.
Attorney Robert Leisble will present an informal discussion on land use pertaining to property that is located at W2762 Krueger Road that is dual zoned. The property is 2.34 acres and is zoned M-3, and A-5.
Cassandra Kordecki is requesting the Town to consider an ordinance or resolution to allow property owners regulated and taxed short-term rentals of their homes.
Chairman Kamps will present discussion and possible action on information about business licenses in the Town of Geneva.
