The Town of Geneva Planning Commission will hold its monthly meeting on

Monday, September 26, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall for the Town of Geneva.

4. Rezoning Requests, Conditional Use, and Variance 

Gregory A. Choyce N3954 State Road 67-Rezone-He is requesting to rezone approximately 2.65 acres from C-1 to R-1.  He had a wetland delineation completed for the property.  This request is in the ETZ with Elkhorn. 

The Lodge at Geneva Ridge W4240 State Highway 50-Amend the current conditional use-Current zoning B-4.  Vance Antinou will present plans for senior living and assisted living facilities.  This property is in the ETZ with Williams Bay.

Doug Olson will be presenting a Certified Survey Map for Harold Hartshorne at W3601 Hartshorne Lane.  The map will show the creation of three –lot parcel.  Lot #1 will be 16.63 acres zoned A-2, lot #2 will be 35.14 acres zoned A-2, and lot #3 will be 24.17 acres zoned A-2.

Keith Garecht will present a Certified Survey Map with a lot line adjustment for property located on Schofield Road.  The property is approximately 4 acres and is zoned R-1. 

Russell and Joan White N3183 Acacia Road-Variance-They are requesting a variance so a garage can be built on the property. 

Jay Kiokemeister 1150 Turnberry Court - He would like to install stairs from the rear deck that is 4 feet higher than the back yard and install a hot tub. 

Discussion and possible action regarding Walworth County Zoning Agency amendment of agricultural building setbacks.
