The Town of Geneva Planning Commission will hold its monthly meeting on Monday May 21, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.at the Town Hall for the Town of Geneva.

DEG Music W3475 Springfield Road-The property is 4.5 acres and is zoned M-1 and R-1. The request is to rezone property along County Highway H and around the existing building from R-1 to M-1. There will be a land division and a Certified Survey Map with this request. Attorney Robert Leibsle will present the request.
Attorney Robert Leibsle will present a lot line adjustment to attach 2 acres to his current 10 acres, and a rezone and a Certified Survey Map for Pedro Segura whose property is zoned A-2 and is located in the Willow Bend Park Association. The rezone is for land zoned A-2 to C-1 because it is a wetland.
The Lodge at Geneva Ridge W4240 Highway 50-Amend the current conditional use for the Lodge, and request a conditional use for senior and assisted living facilities. Attorney John Maier will present the two requests. This request is in the ETZ with Williams Bay.
Maria Radak N3025 Lake Forest Circle-Conditional Use for home-based business. Maria plans to be the chief baker and proprietor of Bethlehem Bread (BB), LLC.
Jason Bernard will present a variance for Roger & Peggy Beauchaine W3866 South Shore Drive. The plans are to rebuild a structure within the shore-yard setback and increase the envelope of the house height. The existing shore-yard is 56.6-feet, and the request is for 37.5-feet.
Jonathan & Deborah Duggan are requesting a rezone from R-1 to a multi-family dwelling. The property is located at W3105 Conant Street.
Suzanne Micklevitz W3815 Orchid Drive is requesting a tree cutting permit.
Walworth County is requesting an amendment of agricultural building setbacks. The amendment would allow the reduction of the 100-foot setback for any building that houses animals. This request is for discussion and possible recommendation to the Town Board for the June meeting.
