1. Meeting called to order at 6:30pm by President Jay Hencken

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Roll Call: Commissioner Hencken, President   Present

    Commissioner Greene                     Present

    Commissioner Monroe                    Present

    Commissioner Walton                     Excused

                            Commissioner Albrecht                    Present

Chief Hurley present

 Meeting was duly posted and a quorum of the Commission is present

4. Motion made (Monroe/Albrecht) to approve the agenda. Motion carried 4 – 0

5. Public Comment: None

6. Motion made (Hencken/Greene) to go into closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility Motion carried 4-0

7. Motion made (Greene/ Albrecht) to return to open session. Motion carried 4-0

8. Motion made (Hencken/Monroe) To honor the Chief’s request to promote Kenneth R. Mulhollan to rank of Sergeant with the stipulation of completing a 12 month probationary period, effective immediately. Motion carried 3-1

9. Motion made (Hencken/Monroe) to adjourn. Motion carried 4-0
