1. Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by President Jay Hencken

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Roll Call: Commissioner Hencken, President   Present

    Commissioner Greene                     Present

    Commissioner Monroe                    Present

    Commissioner Walton                     Present

                            Commissioner Albrecht                    Present

Chief Hurley excused

 Meeting was duly posted and a quorum of the Commission is present

4. Motion made (Monroe/Albrecht) to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5 – 0

5. Motion made (Walton/Monroe) to approve meeting minutes from May 23, June 15 and August 8, 2011. Motion carried 5-0

6. Chief’s comments. Chief Hurley had provided us with written comments prior to the meeting. A discussion took place. No action

7. Motion made (Hencken/Greene) to go into closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The purpose of this meeting will be to consider probationary status of an employee Motion carried 5-0

8. Motion made (Greene/ Walton) to return to open session. Motion carried 5-0

9. Motion made (Hencken/Greene) that we notify Chief Hurley that Officer Michael Anderberg’s probation is lifted effective November 11, 2011 barring any adverse actions on his part. Motion carried 5-0

10. Motion made (Greene/Walton) to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0
