MONTHLY MEETING
FEBRUARY 8, 2010
President Lauderdale called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. In addition to Lauderdale, in attendance were Commissioners Fahey, Kukla, Kamps, and Millard, Pat Prahl, Pat Romenesko, Attorney Harvey, and Adminis¬trator Downing. Engineer Godfrey was excused. Secretary Kirch took the minutes of the meeting. Motion (Kamps/Millard) to approve the January 11, 2010 minutes. Approved 5 0. Romenesko gave the financial report:

Downing and Lauderdale have meeting with Interlaken on Friday (Ed and Vance). Will bring up the delinquent balance. Discussed the loan payment which is due next month and the excess budget funds. Excess revenues lapse to undesignated fund balance. Can leave in operating account or re-appropriate if for some other use like debt service. Suggested the option of paying down the debt and possibly borrowing part of the Equipment Replacement Fund to pay down the loan debt even more. Question of prepayment penalty. Motion to continue to the March 8, 2010 meeting. Approved 5-0. Motion (Millard/Kukla) to approve the financial report. Approved 5 0.
Pat Prahl had concerns as one pump was starting to fall behind on output of GPM. Cable was getting wet. Pump was pulled; waiting for estimate (expects $1,400-$2,000). Insurance discussion with Tom and Mike. Put together a submittal to Philadelphia Insurance for liability coverage. Feels coverage under Geneva National meets the requirements. If the District expands outside Geneva National, additional coverage would be needed. Add to March 8, 2010 agenda. Should have a proposal by then.
Attorney Harvey is reviewing the Sewer Use Ordinance. Add to March 8, 2010 agenda.
