Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted and noticed meeting to order at 5:06 p.m. In attendance were Lauderdale, Supervisors Millard, Kamps, and Kulik. Supervisor Kukla was excused. Motion (Kamps/Millard) to move to Closed Session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations regarding Chief Gritzner. Attorney Wassel was also invited to attend the Closed Session. Approved 4-0. Went into Closed Session at 5:07 p.m.
Motion (Millard/Kulik) to return to Open Session at 6:25 p.m. Approved 4-0. No action taken in Closed Session. Involved strategies and discussion of the case involving Chief Gritzner.
Motion (Millard/Kulik) to adjourn at 6:26 p.m. Approved 4‑0.
