TOWN OF GENEVA
RESOLUTION NO. 111
RESOLVED, by the annual Town Meeting of the Town of Geneva that pursuant to the provisions of Section 60.10(2)(c), Wisconsin Statutes, the Town Board of the Town of Geneva is hereby authorized to exercise powers of Village Board under Section 60.22(3), Wisconsin Statutes. This Resolution is general and continuing.
