RESOLUTION NO. 112
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR DISAPPROVING COUNTY REZONES
The Town Board for the Town of Geneva does hereby resolve as follows:
That, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 59.97(5) (e) 3m, the Town Board for the Town of Geneva hereby extends the period of time for it to disapprove any proposed zoning amendment by 20 days (from 10 days to 30 days) from the date of public hearing.
