TOWN OF GENEVA
RESOLUTION NO. 117
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GENEVA, WALWORTH COUNTY, WISCONSIN, PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF STREETS AND ALLEYS BY LAKE COMO SANITARY DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPOSED PUBLIC WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SYTEM
WHEREAS, the above stated utility intends to construct, operate, and maintain a water and sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the lines and appurtenances for the above system will be upon the property and under the streets and alleys owned by the Town of Geneva.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town of Geneva DOES HEREBY grant a perpetual easement to Lake Como Sanitary District No. 1 for the use of streets and alleys for purposes of construction, operating, and maintenance of the lines and appurtenances of the water and sanitary sewer system.
Adopted this 9th day of February, 1998.
