TOWN OF GENEVA

RESOLUTION NO. 119

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GENEVA IMPOSING SPECIAL WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON KRUEGER ROAD

The Town Board of the Town of Geneva, Walworth County, Wisconsin, does resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 349.16(1)(a) gives Towns the authority to impose special weight limitations on its highways; and

WHEREAS, some portions of Krueger Road have been damaged by excessive hauling done upon same,

NOW, THEREFORE, a special gross weight limitation of 8,000 pounds is hereby imposed on any vehicle traveling on that portion of Krueger Road from County Trunk NN easterly to the East Town Boundary. The foregoing limitation shall be effective upon the posting of said highway with signage in accordance with Wisconsin Law.

The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed at a meeting of the Town Board for the Town of Geneva held on the 19th day of October, 1998 by the following vote:
