TOWN OF GENEVA

SPECIAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 25, 2005

Chairman Kopecky called a Special Meeting of the Town of Geneva to order at 10:24 a.m. Roll call taken. In attendance were Kopecky, Supervisors Van Lue, McLernon, Cramer, and John Gibbs, Jason Smith, and Randy Parker of the Hwy Dept. Supervisor Loomer was absent. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

The meeting adjourned to closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) on a motion by Supervisor Cramer. Seconded by Supervisor McLernon. Approved 4-0. The meeting returned to open session on a motion by Supervisor Van Lue. Seconded by Supervisor McLernon. Approved 4-0.

Actions taken were:

1) Backside of time cards to be used for overtime.

2) Supervisor McLernon to contact Aurora to have random drug testing documents processed through him, rather than the Hwy Dept.

3) Call-in policy established that message to be left before 6:00 a.m., and if a qualifying statement to be in at another time is left in that message, any follow-up calls must be to an employee.

Motion to adjourn made by Supervisor McLernon. Seconded by Supervisor Van Lue. Approved 4-0.
