SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
AUGUST 28, 2006
Chairman Kopecky called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. In attendance were Kopecky, Supervisors Van Lue, McLernon, Loomer, Cramer, Attorney Torhorst, and Chief Gritzner. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.
Reviewed and discussed revisions to the police department policies including 104, 108, 109, 110, 111, 116, and 122. Motion (Loomer/Cramer) to adopt the policies as discussed and amended to go into effect September 5, 2006. Approved 5-0.
Motion (Kopecky/Loomer) to waive the Associates Degree, 60 college credits, requirement and to accept the equivalent experience of that as approved by the state training standards. Approved 5-0. Interviews set for September 18, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Motion (Van Lue/Cramer) to adjourn. Approved 5-0.
