TOWN OF GENEVA

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

JANUARY 30, 2006

Chairman Kopecky called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken. In attendance were Kopecky, Supervisors Van Lue, McLernon, Loomer, Cramer, Attorney Torhorst, and members of the Town of Geneva Police Department including Chief Gritzner, Officers Salimes, Rumer, Haase, Anderson, Albrecht, and Attorney Graber. Officer Mulhollen arrived at 6:13 p.m. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

Motion (Loomer/Cramer) to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(f) for preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems. Approved 5-0.

Motion (Van Lue/McLernon) to return to open session. Approved 5-0. No action taken regarding the discussion on personnel issues. Motion (Van Lue/McLernon) to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. Approved 5-0.
