TOWN OF GENEVA

MONTHLY BOARD MEETING

APRIL 10, 2007

Chairman Kopecky called the meeting to order at 9:09 p.m. In attendance were Kopecky, Supervisors Van Lue, Loomer, Cramer, and Attorney Torhorst. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting. Motion (Loomer/Cramer) to approve the March 8, 19, and 26, 2007 meeting minutes as presented. Approved 4-0. Oath of Office given to Clerk/Treasurer Debra Kirch, Chairman Daniel Lauderdale, Supervisor No. 1 Bob Kamps, and Supervisor No. 2 Keith Millard.

Motion (Loomer/Cramer) to adjourn (9:17 p.m.) the monthly meeting until Monday, April 16, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Approved 4‑0.
