TOWN OF GENEVA

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 6, 2007

Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. In addition to Lauderdale, in attendance were Supervisors Van Lue, Kamps, Loomer, Millard, and Attorney Harvey. Clerk/ Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

Brian Standley distributed the facilities planning report. Meeting held to educate and inform the Board on the updates to the revised report. Also presented to the Linn Sanitary District. A joint formal presentation is scheduled for Saturday, December 8, 2007 – 10:00 a.m. at Woods School. Brian, Steve Godfrey, and Bob Benson discussed and answered all questions. Kamps left the meeting at 5:35 p.m. Several options presented. Baxter & Woodman recommends the Hwy 50 option. Van Lue left the meeting at 6:00 p.m. Request Baxter & Woodman to have a proposal for a water study by the December 8, 2007 meeting.

Motion (Loomer/Millard) to adjourn at 6:33 p.m. Approved 3‑0.
