TOWN OF GENEVA
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
JULY 15, 2008

Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted and noticed meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. In attendance were Lauderdale, Supervisors Fahey, Kukla, Millard, and Chief Gritzner. Supervisor Kamps was excused. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

Request from Twin Lakes Aquanut Water Shows Inc. to utilize portions of Lake Como for the purpose of water ski practice. Have received certificate of liability insurance listing the Town as an additional insured. Required to place markers and/or buoys. Officer Haase will man the police boat. Motion (Lauderdale/Millard) to allow this water skiing event and issue a permit for the hours specified 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on July 16, 2008. Approved 4-0.

Motion (Lauderdale/Millard) to adjourn at 11:06 a.m. Approved 3-1 (Fahey).
