SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
DECEMBER 10, 2009
Pre-construction meeting for the Schofield Road Boat Launch began at 11:15 a.m. No quorum present. Representing the Town of Geneva – Supervisor Kukla; Foth – Bill Dunlop and Dale Broeckert; Valia Excavation – Franz Weigand. Contracts and construction schedule for the project were reviewed. Payments will be submitted once a month prior to the Board meeting. Chapter 30 permit obtained, but no County permit. Fay Amerson stated the County needs updated plans as the submittal was received in 2006. Additional $180 needed, will credit for what we’ve already submitted. Mann disposal site is unacceptable. Amon’s or Compost Management are both possible sites. Request surveyors shoot the monument at the Dam to verify the accuracy of the monument at the launch. Anything at the water’s edge needs DNR approval (Pat Schense). DNR must be notified of any changes. Notify five days before start of work. Lien waivers will be required before final payment. Foth will issue minutes of the meeting. Those minutes are attached.
