TOWN OF GENEVA

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

FEBRUARY 8, 2010

Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted and noticed meeting to order at 9:40 p.m. In attendance were Lauderdale, Supervisors Fahey, Kukla, Kamps, Millard, and Attorney Harvey. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

Motion (Kamps/Millard) to move to closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding a claim by Attorney D’Allosto. Approved 5-0. Motion (Kamps/Lauderdale) to return to open session. Approved 5-0. Lauderdale announced that no action was taken in the closed session.

Motion (Millard/Kamps) to adjourn at 10:00 p.m. Approved 5‑0.
