SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 28, 2010

Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted and noticed meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. In attendance were Lauderdale, Supervisors Millard, Kukla, and Kulik. Supervisor Kamps was excused. Clerk/Treasurer Kirch took the minutes of the meeting.

Looking at insurance to see if cost savings are possible. Insurance consultant retained at no cost to the Town. The consultant found a better plan with a cost savings of $338/month. Met with employees on June 23, 2010, including some of the union representatives, to present the plan and let them ask questions of the consultant. There were no objections. Motion (Kulik/Millard) to make the switch in carriers from Principal PPO to Delta Dental Maximizer Enhanced PPO. Approved 4-0.

Motion (Millard/Kulik) to adjourn at 6:08 p.m. Approved 4 0.
