SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

SEPTEMBER 2, 2010

Chairman Lauderdale called the duly posted and noticed meeting to order at 4:09 p.m. In attendance were Lauderdale, Supervisors Millard, Kulik, and Kukla. Supervisor Kamps was excused. Motion (Millard/Kulik) to move to Closed Session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations regarding Chief Gritzner. Will allow Margaret Downing and Clerk/Treasurer Kirch to join the Closed Session meeting. Approved 4-0. Went into Closed Session at 4:12 p.m.

Returned to Open Session at 5:48 p.m. Roll call taken. Chairman, Supervisors, and Clerk/Treasurer still in attendance. No action taken in Closed Session. Met, discussed, and considered financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations regarding Chief Gritzner.

Motion (Kulik/Kukla) to adjourn at 5:49 p.m. Approved 4‑0.
